AGIA NAPA - PROTARAS HOTEL ASSOCIATION
The Agia Napa – Protaras Hotel Association is the Regional Committee of Famagusta District of the Cyprus Hotel Association. Members of the Association, are the hotels of Agia Napa & Protaras and is the biggest and most powerful Regional Committee. It has nearly 200 members which cover all kind of accommodation. Hotels from 1* to 5*, Hotel Apts of all categories and village style premises. This means that Agia Napa and Protaras can meet the needs and the demands of all kind of visitors.

The Agia Napa – Protaras Hotel Association had the initiative to bring together the Municipalities of Agia Napa and Paralimni – Protaras to create a Tourist Board which was the Pioneer of Promotion and Marketing of a tourist resort by the private sector. Since the early 90s the Tourist Board of the region is participating in tourist exhibitions all over Europe and in roadshows and presentations organised by the Cyprus Tourism Organisation while in many occasions the Board is organising its own presentations.
During the period January – March 2007 the Agia Napa – Protaras Tourist Committee will participate in the following tourist exhibitions:
January: Utrecht, Oslo, Stuttgart, Helsinki, Zurich
February:Brussels, Prague, Munich
March:Berlin, Moscow, Gothenburg, Kiev
Conferense & Incentives
The Tourist Board of Agia Napa – Board is paying now to much attention to promote the area as a Congress and Incentive destination. With most of the hotels offering congresses facilities from 50 to 1000 delegates, the area is ready to take its share in this market. To achieve this, the Tourist Board is promoting also, besides the two seaside resorts, the mainland, which has lot of things to offer. Special interest activities, cultural museums, rural environment and many others which considered to be important items for conferenses and incentives.
The Endless Sun
The Agia Napa – Protaras Tourist Board with the assistance of the Cyprus Tourism Organisation in order to promote the area during the winter time, has prepared the Endless Sun Club. It’s a program full of activities, one every day, to keep the visitors busy. There are tours around the area, sport competitions, wine tasting, lessons to learn the Greek language, the Greek cuisine or the Greek dances. Training Camps
Another field to which the Tourist Board is giving special attention is the training camps. With a brand new athletics center, 20 football grounds of high standard, tennis courts, shooting range and indoor halls, the Agia Napa – Protaras area is the paradise of all kind of sport teams which choose it for their training camps, especially during the winter time.
